The National Petroleum Authority (NPA), in collaboration with the chamber of oil marketing companies (COMAC), the Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors (CBOD), and other leading industry stakeholders, convened the 2025 Downstream CEOs Breakfast Meeting today.
