Transparency and Reform in NPA’s Fund Management: Decoupling Roles for Accountability

CEMSE argues that the NPA’s dual mandate has led to a lack of transparency and accountability, with significant revenue surpluses either misused or underreported hindering the potential to channel these funds into critical national development priorities.
