Tullow Oil has announced the appointment of Ian Perks as its new Chief Executive Officer, underscoring the company’s renewed focus on its African portfolio.

Tullow has played a central role in Ghana’s oil and gas sector since the discovery of the Jubilee Field in 2007, which marked a major milestone in the country’s energy industry. The company also operates the TEN Fields and has been instrumental in advancing local content participation and capacity development within the sector.
