NPA Executive Committee Retreat Begins, Focuses on Improving Performance in 2026


The Executive Committee (EXCO) of the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has commenced a strategic retreat aimed at reviewing the Authority’s performance in 2025 and outlining key activities and priorities for 2026.
The meeting brings together heads of the various directorates to assess achievements over the past year and align on strategies to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance in the year ahead.
In his welcome remarks on Monday, the Chief Executive of the NPA, Mr. Godwin Kudzo Tameklo Esq., described the Authority’s performance in 2025 as encouraging, expressing confidence that 2026 would record even better outcomes.
He called on members of the Executive Committee to foster teamwork and mutual accountability, urging them to “be each other’s keeper” in the collective pursuit of the Authority’s objectives.
Mr. Tameklo also highlighted the importance of peer review, noting that it remains a critical tool for benchmarking performance and driving continuous improvement across the Authority.
