The Petroleum Hub Development Corporation (PHDC), under the leadership of its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Toni Aubynn, has collaborated with the International Maritime Hospital on a breast and prostate cancer awareness and screening initiative for its staff.
The engagement, led by Dr. Yaa Akyaa Boateng and her team, provided an opportunity for staff to gain valuable insights into breast and prostate cancer, the importance of early detection, preventive health practices and regular screening.
While the initiative focused on breast cancer awareness, prostate cancer education and screening were also incorporated, giving both male and female employees the opportunity to participate.
PHDC remains committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises health, wellbeing and proactive care.
