During the engagement, the Galp delegation received a briefing on the country’s hydrocarbon potential and the investment opportunities available to prospective investors in the sector.
The engagement forms part of the Commission’s broader efforts to promote Ghana as an attractive destination for upstream petroleum investment while providing investors with relevant information to support informed business decisions.
As the regulator of Ghana’s upstream petroleum industry, the Commission reaffirmed its commitment to facilitating transparent, open and constructive engagements with prospective investors and other industry stakeholders to unlock the country’s hydrocarbon resources.
