The Petroleum Hub Development Corporation (PHDC) has successfully concluded a rigorous three-week training programme aimed at strengthening the project management capabilities of its Operations and Technical Department staff.
The capacity-building initiative covered a comprehensive range of methodologies and practical modules designed to enhance project execution efficiency. It was facilitated by acclaimed project management consultant Mohammed Abdul Hamid, who brought deep industry insights to the sessions.
Commending participants at the end of the programme, Mr. Hamid lauded their enthusiasm and engagement, urging them to integrate the newly acquired skills into their day-to-day roles to support the delivery of the Petroleum Hub project with excellence.
Deputy CEO Onasis Rosely highlighted that the training forms a key part of PHDC’s broader strategy to build internal capacity as the Corporation moves toward full-scale development of the hub. He reiterated PHDC’s commitment to investing in its human capital to ensure a highly skilled workforce is in place to drive the project forward.
