Reviewing the book at the launch, Professor Seth Accra Jaja, former Vice Chancellor of the Federal University of Utuoke, praised its intellectual depth and practical relevance. He highlighted the paradox facing Africa: despite its enormous natural resource wealth—some of the world’s highest solar irradiation, vast gas reserves, rich wind corridors, and significant hydro potential—millions still lack access to reliable power.
“This book seeks to explore the opportunities and challenges in unlocking Africa’s energy future,” Ewanehi noted, “with a focus on strategies for sustainable growth and development.”
