The leadership of BOST Energies has paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Majesty King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, the Ga Mantse and President of the Ga Traditional Council, as part of efforts to deepen relations between the company and the Ga State.
The delegation, led by Managing Director Afetsi Awoonor and Deputy Managing Director Adjoa Serwaa Bondzie, included several General Managers of BOST Energies. The visit, held at the Ga Mantse’s residence, underscored the company’s commitment to fostering mutual respect and collaboration with traditional authorities, particularly as BOST Energies operates within the Ga State.
In her remarks, Mrs. Bondzie highlighted the importance of the engagement, stating:
“BOST Energies operates on Ga land, and it is only right that we honour the traditions, leadership, and wisdom of the Ga State. This visit marks the beginning of a strong and respectful partnership that will promote community development and cooperation.”
Mr. Awoonor reaffirmed the company’s commitment to contributing to local development, particularly in areas such as education and youth empowerment. He also sought the blessings of His Royal Majesty to guide BOST Energies in its mission to serve the energy needs of Ghanaians responsibly.
In response, His Royal Majesty Nii Tackie Teiko Tsuru II commended the company’s leadership for their visit and called for a strategic collaboration between the Palace and BOST Energies to drive socio-economic progress within the Ga State. He emphasized the importance of private sector partnerships in advancing opportunities for the youth.
The visit concluded with a traditional blessing from the Chief Priest of the Ga State, who praised BOST Energies for recognizing the authority of the Ga Mantse and prayed for the company’s continued success and fruitful partnership with the Ga people.
